It all started with our uncle Carlos Valverde who came from Puerto Jimenez, a beautiful town located 3 hours south from Manuel Antonio.   Our Uncle Carlos had a farm in Puerto Jimenez and had some of the best Horses in the area and he used to take people on the horseback tour around the Beaches of Puerto Jimenez.  

When he got to Manuel Antonio, he realized there were some impressive mountains near by with beautiful waterfalls and that people would really enjoy exploring the area while also doing some horseback riding and so the idea became a reality.   

That is a short story about how it all got started 🙂
